Faster curing time and more efficiency
The maximum performance of a vacuum pump lubricated with circulating oil is approx. 99 % of the ambient pressure. At an air pressure of e.g. 1,000 mbar, the achievable maximum pressure is 990 mbar. If this value is entered as the absolute switching point in a conventional pressure switch, the pressure switch switches off the vacuum pump when this value is reached. If the air pressure changes, the switching point must be re-entered. Failure to do so, it may occur that the pump is not switched off at lower pressure. At higher air pressure, however, the maximum possible pressure is not reached. The electronic REVO II pressure switch from BARTH automatically calculates all necessary settings. Just enter the desired relative value: e.g. set to 99 % to reach the maximum power of the pump. The setting is changed using the arrow keys. A second level shows all measured values clearly in the large display.
