for effortless handling of bulky workpieces
Inspired by the assembly table “kippLIFT”, BARTH extends the concept of tilting bulky workpieces and presents the “kippLIFT pro”, a problem solution for assembly, warehouse and logistics. The “kippLIFT pro” enables easy and safe movement of large workpieces that need to be tilted from horizontal to vertical after assembly. Built on the basis of the sturdy H 850 lift table, a powerful linear drive is controlled by a hand-held remote control to tilt the entire work surface into the vertical position. The swiveling worktop easily tilts workpieces weighing up to 225 kg, enabling ergonomic working in any position. The KippLIFT pro is also mobile and flexible to use, including as a loading table for machines or as a work and assembly table. The height is adjusted by a two-stage foot pump and the tilting mechanism by battery drive with hand-held remote control. Secured by clamping options that can be inserted on the upper frame, various loads can be moved, assembled and loaded without risk to the workpiece and employees.
